Our story

 

   Cellular City is locally owned and operated in Richmond Va by Richard and Carolyn Lazenby. We started Cellular City in 1993. Back then cellular phones were more of a luxury item, not the mainstay of keeping you, your family or your buisness in touch. We enjoy helping our customers through the wireless maize of todays plans, text packages, camera phones and PDA's.

 

   Our focus is on individuals and small businesses, working with each on a one on one basis to provide them with the best options and service available.
